Heat Exchanger

A heat exchanger is a device manufactured for efficient heat transfer from one medium to another. The media may be separated by a solid wall, so that they never mix, or they may be in direct contact. They are widely used in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Food Processing, Textile Industry, Chemical Plants, Petrochemical Plants, Steel Plants, Petroleum Refineries, Power Plants and Natural Gas Processing. Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers are widely used in variety of applications as a cooling solution. One of the big advantages of using a shell and tube heat exchanger is that they are often easy to service, particularly with models where a floating tube bundle (where the tube plates are not welded to the outer shell) is available. They can also be used on fixed tube sheet heat exchangers. Can be engineered in any length and diameter, this exchanger can be the liquid-to-liquid, liquid-to-air or air-to-air type as per client’s requirement.
